Hide and Seek

Ext.-Street
A couple are walking down a dark, lifeless street. Once they reach the curb to cross the street, a man jumps out of the shadows and stabs the boyfriend. The girl flees the scene screaming.
Int.-House
Exactly a year later, the girl hears a knock on the door of her house. It's a detective asking about the the incident of a year ago. The traumatized girl explains, and the detective agrees to help her find the killer. He then notices a camera hidden in a bush, and come to the conclusion that the killer is stalking the girl. He looks outside to find a black mustang with no license plate driving away at that exact moment. The detective tells the girl to lock everything.
Int.-Office
He leaves to check out the tape in his office. He then pulls up a list of stolen black mustangs in the area. He hears a rustling outside of his window and he checks it out. There is a man in black clothing walking casually on the sidewalk
Ext.-Street
The detective goes outside to interrogate him. He says "Let's take a walk." The "killer" agrees. The killer drops a can that rolls into a dark alley. The detective asks if he's heard of anyone by the girl's name as he goes to pick up the can. As he says this, the killer says "Why yes, I have," and knocks the detective unconscious.
Int.-House
A few minutes later, back at the house, the girl tries to call the detective, but the power goes out. She turns to see a shadow creep across the floor. She hears a knock and, thinking it's the detective, she opens the door. A man in similar clothing (the killer) turns around and walks inside, smiling. The girl screams and runs upstairs, into a closet, and locks the door. The killer picks the lock and, just as he opens the door and is about to knock her out, the detective comes up behind him and slams his head into the wall.
Int.-House
The cops come and put handcuffs on the guy. The girl hugs the detective and says, "Thank you so much" and pecks him on the cheek. The detective leaves, following the cops, and the girl shuts the door, sits down, and looks fondly at a picture of her boyfriend, lost in her memories of him.
Int.-Basement
The girl wakes up from a dream staring at a picture of her boyfriend. She asks,"What happened?" The killer faces her and says,"You fell asleep," He puts a gun to her head and says, "Time to go to sleep again." ~The End.~
